Return policy

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If your order is damaged or irregular please contact info@skntones.com and we will find a remedy for you.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping on all local and domestic orders.

Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages once they have been picked up by the shipping carrier. At that point, responsibility lies between the customer and the carrier.

Ready to Ship items are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Made to Order items are crafted specifically for you after purchase. Each piece is produced with intention as part of our small-batch process. Please allow 6-12 weeks for production and shipment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

If your order contains both Ready to Ship and Made to Order items, the Ready to Ship items will be shipped first. Made to Order pieces will be sent separately once they are completed.

For delivery issues or claims, please contact the shipping carrier directly. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the delivery location on the day of delivery.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

I placed an order but haven’t received a confirmation email

Order confirmations are sent automatically. Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, email us with your full name and order number (if available).

Am I able to cancel my order?

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my package.

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled. We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office. If you’re still unable to locate it, reach out and we’ll help investigate.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability varies by release. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
